We want you to love your Petal+Leaf experience.

Because our tea baths and botanical blends are handcrafted personal care items, we cannot accept returns once opened. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll gladly make it right.

To start a return or report an issue, email us at 📧 support@petalleafco.com with your order number and photos.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once approved.
We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
